Our Solution:

Our solution is to create an app that will make a bedtime routine to stick with based on your preferences and needs. You will take a survey and after you finish the app makes you a bedtime routine. It will send you reminders to do the things in your routine.

  2. Tracking sleep by making sure you get enough hours of sleep

  1. We could create an app that makes a bedroom routine for you based on your preferences and needs. 
  2. I think people will use this app so they can fall asleep faster and wake up in the morning 
  3. I would use this app because I forget to do some things before I go to bed and that sometimes messes up my morning.  

App description: it is an app where you take a survey to create a bedtime schedule based on specific things like what time you wake up, what time you go to sleep, your night routine etc. After the survey the app would make a bedroom routine for you to follow each night to help you fall asleep.
